The regulatory science of hemp — for international experts
The English course of the THC-SAFE Hemp Regulatory Science Manager programme. The debate over cannabis cannot be settled in the language of for and against; this course unties it through regulatory science — law and markets, analysis and certification, the whole life cycle of hemp and its records. Its textbook is Hemp Class (Cannabis Story 3): The Persistence of Fragile Things by VIZO YOUNG, English edition, divided into fifteen lectures: each lecture is one complete chapter, printed in full with its source.
| CBD — medical use | Neutral. CBD and THC are different compounds under different laws, and we always speak of them separately. |
| THC — medical use | Opposed — until its medical efficacy is proven. |
| THC — recreational use | Opposed. Without exception. |
| For the farmer | We support lawful use — hemp-seed oil, cosmetics, hempcrete from the stem — and the research behind them. |
THC-SAFE, and our courses in history, science and law, exist to support this position. Across every border, one rule: the stricter standard wins.
